Typically, our customers will visit our store and select product samples to bring home for color selection. While they are in the store, we schedule an appointment for one of our estimators to visit their home. While the estimator is at the customers house, he will inspect existing flooring, make a diagram of the room, take measurements, and take photos of the existing flooring/layout. The estimator may also make product and color suggestions while he is at the customers house. Once the estimator has collected all the necessary information, he will return to the store and begin work on the estimate. This process, from the customers visit to our store to the presentation of an estimate, typically takes about 1 week.
